| GE Engineering, Inc. utilizes basic Principles
and Practices of Engineering to determine if infrastructure failures
were the result of violations of standards at the time of the incident.
Substantial work has been accomplished in the areas of intersection
design, traffic flow, signation, conspicuity, bike path design,
pedestrian movement design and other areas of environmental concern
such as flood control. In addition, many Engineering projects have
been considering the proper standard of care for the design and
management of construction projects. This analysis typically concerned
the proper conduct of Engineering firms and construction firms
on work sites. This necessitated complete familiarity with OSHA,
Construction, and Environmental regulations in place at the time
of the incident.
